Today I saw no patients- but I was at the office all day.
I’ve realized that as I embark on introducing newer procedures to my practice and providing a way of care that is unique to the Lehigh Valley- I have to devote more time to implement proper protocols and systems.
I want patient-experiences in my office to be seamless, but that can only be done if I put the work in ahead of time.
And what I’ve also realized is that I can’t do this alone- I have a great team at work who come in on their days off to get things organized and ready.
I also have people who I consider as part of team who work outside the office- they are the ones who help to make my office online presence accessible, as well as others who work on helping me communicate what I can offer to the general public.
It’s truly humbling- and for that I feel blessed.
May our intentions always be rightly guided, and may we all reap the benefits of these beautiful openings.
